WAITOC @ Caravan & Camping

May 7, 2017 -- Posted by : admin

WAITOC was again at the annual Perth Caravan and Camping Show held from Wednesday 22nd March to Sunday 26th March 2017.  Over 80 diverse Aboriginal experiences were promoted and the Aboriginal Tourism Self Drive Map was a hit with visitors.

The presence was complimented by having Girloorloo Tours at Mimbi Caves together with Fitzroy River Lodge there as well as operators from the Ardi region, north of Broome. The south was represented by The Kodja Place as part of the Australia’s South West stand.

Over 50,000 people visited the show and the WAITOC booth saw an increase in interest in especially families wanting to do an interactive Aboriginal experience.  The map is available at many Visitor Centres.  For more information contact WAITOC.
